These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Business Relauncher website and the digital growth services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Business Relauncher provides digital growth services including but not limited to SEO, paid advertising, website design and development, conversion optimisation, CRM implementation, email and SMS marketing, AI revenue recovery, and growth advisory. The specific scope of services will be outlined in your individual service agreement or proposal.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary accounts, data, and materials required to deliver services. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for ensuring they have the right to use any content, branding, or assets supplied to us.

3. Payment Terms

Fees, payment schedules, and billing arrangements are specified in your individual service agreement. Invoices are typically issued monthly in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Contracts and Cancellation

Starter packages operate on rolling monthly agreements and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Longer-term engagements and custom builds may have specific commitment periods outlined in your service agreement. Cancellation does not relieve you of obligations for fees already accrued.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of deliverables created specifically for them, including websites, content, and design assets. Business Relauncher retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, templates, and tools used in service delivery. We may use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6. Data and Account Ownership

Clients retain full ownership of their data, accounts, analytics, and digital assets. We do not gatekeep access to your accounts. We work as your growth partner, not a gatekeeper. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own account credentials and security.

7. No Guarantees

While we strive to deliver excellent results, digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, search engine algorithm changes, and client participation. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue figures. We commit to using best practices and working diligently on your behalf.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of any service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Business Relauncher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding any claim.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms (e.g. Google Ads, analytics tools, CRM systems). We are not responsible for the actions, outages, or policy changes of these third parties. Clients are responsible for any third-party platform fees.

11. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt its operation, or to attempt unauthorised access. We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
